Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Analyst to join the Product Strategy & Operations team. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and driving decision-making processes through data analysis and insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to optimize product performance, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.

- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track product metrics and measure success.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze various aspects of the business (i.e. budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and sensitivity analysis).
- Develop forecasting models to predict product performance and user behavior
- Monitor product & financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Partner with product managers to define product goals, objectives, and roadmap priorities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, design, and sales/marketing teams to align on product priorities and initiatives.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Data Infrastructure and Tools:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
- Evaluate and implement analytics tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
You've got what it takes if you've got...
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role, preferably in consulting, business intelligence, technology, or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining financial models in a corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced Excel skills including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, and Conditional Formatting
- Experience (or willingness to learn) with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
