Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Endpoint Computing Engineer to join our stellar team! In this role, you will resolve endpoint issues and implement/support approved technical solutions.
Work Mode- We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate. This role is fully on-site 5x a week in our Long Island, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in office integrations for acquisitions
- Executes on endpoint related projects for the user base at their site
- Training of new associates and contingent workers to ensure they understand and comply with Broadridge standards
- Works alongside and implements vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities
- Explains need to refer potential exceptions upward for review and approval
- Provide executive support when needed

- 2+ years of Endpoint Support experience
- Ability to provide basic service and support to CXO level associates
- Understands and has knowledge in supporting or HP Secure Print Environment
- Ability to analyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting
- Proficient in Administration of supported users in Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, Azure and various other management consoles
- Strong understanding of WebEx cloud solutions administration and provisioning (WebEx, Jabber, WebEx meeting analytics)
- Comprehends & can identify BR internal software that is widely used in the organization's endpoints
- You should be able to become proficient in all standard BR procedures and methods utilized in the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC/Workstation & Mobiles
- You should have Telecom Provisioning & Basic troubleshooting skills (Voicemail, PME provisioning and support)
- Ability to lift PC equipment (ex: Desktops, Monitors, Servers)
- Has excellent customer support skills, including clear communication, patience, and professionalism.
- Participation in on call rotation during non-business hours- (occasionally)
