Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the Agile process.
  • Oversees the Scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
  • Helps the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Ensures that all Scrum Events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • Enables the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
  • Facilitates communication and partnership inside and outside the team.
  • Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional and productive.
  • Fosters self-organization and cross-functionality of the team.
  • Helping the team establish what they can achieve during each sprint (or other period).
  • Coach Agile teams to be cross-functional and self-managing high performing teams.
  • Helps find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Helps the Scrum Team comprehend the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items.
  • Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
  • Facilitating stakeholder partnership as requested or needed.
  • Leads, trains, and coaches the organization in its Agile adoption.

  • 4 years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • 3 years' experience in managing Agile & lean values and standards.
  • 3 years' experience in the Scrum Master or Agile Coach role of distributed Agile team, tech domain preferred.
  • Mindset consistent with Scrum core values: openness, courage, respect, focus and commitment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles including the 3-5-3 structure of scrum.
  • Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing).
  • Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
  • Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams or similar agile managementtooling.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks.
  • Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.
  • Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.
