Velocity Black is seeking a talented and dynamic Process Manager to support our marketing organization with establishing and managing a full funnel marketing engine across all marketing channels, both B2B and B2C. As a growing company, we are looking for a strong leader who is able to take complex projects and synthesize them into actionable plans, holding the team, stakeholders, vendors, and agencies accountable. This person will be highly organized with a strong understanding of marketing and effective management and processes that support it.
In this role you will:
- Oversee project workstreams from start to finish, ensuring each project meets set deadlines, budgets, and resources
- Work cross functionally with leads from legal, compliance, creative, and finance to ensure project timelines and goals are met
- Conduct daily task reviews
- Attend marketing meetings and communicate progress
- Assess project status and flag dependencies and potential impediments
- Assign roles to team members and agency partners
- Track budgets and provide regular report outs
- Build workflows to streamline marketing processes
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies
- Update internal leadership on progress or issues; develop thoughtful presentations when necessary
- Troubleshoot problems proactively
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in Process or Project Management within a highly dynamic and matrixed marketing environment
- A strong passion for developing organizational efficiencies
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with Google Suite products (slides, sheets, etc)
- A quick learner and thinker with the ability to flex as new business needs arise
- Familiarity with the luxury marketing industry
- Familiarity with the financial services marketing industry
- Experience organizing a team of diverse, talented creatives around a common goal and project
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of process or project management experience in an agency, startup, or corporate setting
- At least 4 years experience supporting full life-cycle marketing and advertising campaigns
- At least 4 years of experience managing budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in operations, management, marketing or business
- 7+ years of process or project management experience in an agency, startup, or corporate setting
- 5+ years experience managing budgets

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $108,700 - $124,100 for Manager, Process Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
