The Manager - BRCC Digital Finance role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, developing advanced financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will collaborate with senior business leaders on month-end reporting, long range planning, and other ad-hoc financial analyses. This position will work alongside senior leaders in Finance in a fast-paced environment and assist in high profile projects to drive transformation. This Manager should be a dynamic individual who can work closely with senior leaders and has the ambition to drive change.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders in the financial management and direction of the business, including the development and implementation of business strategies, growth opportunities and operational goals
• Manage all core finance processes (budgets, pacing, estimate updates, long-range plans) for the BRCC Digital organization
• Develop and implement forward-looking financial models, product profitability metrics, ad-hoc analyses to improve financial performance
• Conduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives to accelerate growth
• Identify and create proposals for process improvement initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with multiple business partners to review financial performance and opportunities

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of structuring deals
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environments, and data visualization
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
• Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
• Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment

Salary range $105,000- $ 110,000. Bonus Eligible.
