Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our top notch financial applications technology team. This role will be responsible for hosting and technical services for a sophisticated rules engine based product that services some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandrequired to be in an office.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor hosted financial applications both in private data centers and in AWS.
- Provide technical services to the application and development teams.
- Embrace new technologies and methodologies to assist the team in greater efficiencies.
- Champion and follow the adoption of proper procedures.
- Maintain compliance with corporate enterprise standards and policies.
- Mentor and train members of the technical teams
- 10+ years of experience hosting in a web based software hosting datacenter
- In depth knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows based OS
- Experienced in AWS or similar cloud hosting solutions
- Extensive knowledge of VMs, clustering, and other common virtualization technologies
- Experienced in complex software applications including multi-tier, serverless, micro-services, and other cloud technologies
- Knowledgeable in monitoring solutions such as SCOM, DataDog, CA APM, SiteMinder, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle database management and best practices
- Experienced in DevOps and related scripting technologies such as Jenkins, Terraform, etc.
- Experience with DR/HA approaches as well as adhering to specified RTO/RPO limits
- Knowledge of industry trends, advancements, methodologies, and best practices in cloud technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal directly with clients
- Ability to understand and explain technical infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to see results to completion
- Strong knowledge of system design and architecture
- Experience in datacenter and cloud operations including security, firewalls, provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong project management skills and the ability to stay on target and on budget
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent degree related field
