Position Overview

Join our Operations team within the Fund Communication Solutions (FCS) sector, where you will manage a subset of our Asset Management or Investment Platform client base, including some of the most well-known names in the industry.

As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of fund information to our database for industry distribution, regulatory reporting, and digital visualization. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellent client service will make you an integral part of our team, and this role offers abundant opportunities for professional growth and learning in the Financial Services and Investment Industries.

The role is initially offered on a 12-month basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure regular data delivery
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all correspondence and processes
  • Handle and resolve client queries promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to coordinate efforts and achieve the best outcomes for our clients
  • Identify and escalate client issues to your Line Manager or Senior Colleagues when necessary, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high quality in all work outputs
  • Maintain a continuous focus on delivering excellent client service to ensure the Company is well regarded by our clients
  • Proactively use initiative to solve queries, ensuring efficient and effective resolution to enhance client satisfaction and operational smoothness
Requirements

Essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client queries simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly, whilst ensuring any Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are considered
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Capacity to work with clients to manage key client relationships
  • English Proficiency
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
  • Previous experience in the Investment Industry or an similar office type role
  • Recognized Financial Services/Business Analysis/Data Science degree or willingness to pursue relevant studies
  • Good understanding of Financial markets and services
