The Associate Endpoint Computing Engineer is responsible for supporting our endpoint products and support teams. This role has a strong focus on support and troubleshooting issues that may arise in our environment, especially across our system imaging process and application packaging, deployment, and license tracking. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing endpoint computing environments, communicating technical details clearly, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Provide basic systems management support, particularly around our SCCM and core image.
- Be proficient at Application packaging and deployment, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi access points
- Track licensed applications and usage, as well as working with vendors to identify and monitor application usage.
- Collaborate with business and procurement personnels on any software audit items.
- Work with the business and associates in troubleshooting issues.
- Assist senior colleagues in identifying critical issues in IT design processes and policies
- Provide advice and support for onsite endpoint support staffs and local site as needed.
- Create, track, and close tickets in problem management remedy application.
- Provide installation, maintenance, and tuning of Windows hardware and software systems.
- Possess sophisticated knowledge of PC desktop configurations, with an emphasis on Win64 Bit platforms, as well as experience with imaging and configuration of hardware and desktop management software.
- Provide mobility support for iOS and Android platforms, such as adding new users, managing accounts, and troubleshooting devices.
- Support an Active Directory domain environment.
- Interface and support business units in the Broadridge locations rollout of new tools and processes to leverage the Broadridge data center offerings.
- Support activities outside of normal business hours occasionally, such as occasional weekend work on system updates.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Professional certifications such as A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)/MCSE/Office 365/CCNA etc. are a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in endpoint support roles.
- Experience in Merger and Acquisitions
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technologies.
- Understanding of Desktop Windows scripting and automation
- Understanding of systems management tools like SCCM, BitLocker, Firewall, Spyware utilities, and desktop patching utilities
- Overall knowledge of the hardware and software components of Windows operating system
- Strong Windows technical knowledge
- Competent in SCCM, AppClarity, MS Auto Pilot
- Excellent communications, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work as a member of diverse project team and work under tight deadlines.
- Professionalism and patience while working with our associate base.
