This role will involve managing client relationships, ensuring project deliverables are met, and contributing to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of contracted client services to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met or exceeded.
- Maintain control over project schedules, risks, scope of work, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with operational teams and subcontractors to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advice and support on a day-to-day basis.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and communicate them to account managers to drive contract extensions or additional business.
- Establish consistent processes for reviewing and assessing service metrics and generating reports.
- Promote organizational capabilities to clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience providing foundational knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts.
- Entry-level professional experience developing competence through structured assignments.
- Foundational functional knowledge and the ability to solve routine problems using existing procedures.
- Strong business acumen and general knowledge of operational best practices, gained through education or past experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for exchanging straightforward information, asking clarifying questions, and checking for understanding.
- Experience in a client-facing role or service delivery environment is a plus.
- Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
