Your Purpose:
As a Station Manager, you'll work onsite at our Miami Central Station and will be one of three key leaders responsible for cultivating a team of guest-obsessed teammates who consistently deliver a warm and welcoming experience to our guests. Your role involves overseeing the efficient operations of a hospitality-centric train station, complete with food and beverage services. Your unique and essential understanding of our operation, particularly within the dynamic and fast-paced food and beverage environment, is crucial.

Your Role:
Manage Operations: You are responsible for operationalizing the guest experience from the moment they arrive at our station to the moment they board our train, from creating processes, to training our teammates you keep an eye on how we should evolve existing SOPs to better meet our guests' needs. This includes overseeing the efficient operations of a hospitality-centric train station inclusive of food and beverage (F&B) management.
Be Flexible: You leverage your defined processes and resources while using sound judgment to know when to be flexible to manage and support our dynamic operation.
Provide feedback: You readily tackle tough assignments. You recognize teammates' success and are courageous enough to give difficult feedback, when needed.
Communicate: You are comfortable using computer and software applications in the course of your work including drafting communications, presentations, and planning for both guests and teammates.

You:
- Must have 3+ years of experience working within the hospitality sector.
- Must have 2+ years of experience with F&B operations/standards required.
- Must have 3+ years of operational experience working in hospitality management.
- Must have 2+ years of experience managing inventory and its logistics.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours at times.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must be comfortable corresponding via email and utilizing MS Office including Excel
- Must possess language fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in the prevention of foodborne illnesses and health regulations, strongly preferred.
