Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating key visual assets for external marketing materials, as well as executive presentations and other internal communications across Bridgestone Americas and EMEA. This position supports full-funnel content needs for the Bridgestone and Firestone brands, products, solutions, and partnerships. The teammate will take the established content strategy and bring it to life by creating net-new assets for a variety of channels and formats, including social media, website, paid media, PowerPoint decks, company intranet, and other marketing channels. This person should be an expert in content creation, able to design premium and engaging static creative. This person will lead the Jr. Graphic Designer with the opportunity to grow.
Creating Visual Assets: Create key visual assets for marketing campaigns and internal communications (paid media, social media, print ads, digital display banners, etc.).
Designing Presentations: Design clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations for executives, Town Hall company-wide meetings, and customer events. Distill complex information into visually engaging slides. Work alongside senior leadership.
Brand Consistency: Be an expert in our brand voice and guidelines and ensure consistency and quality across all creative assets and touchpoints.
Standardize brand elements for use by all creative services teammates as well as agency partners.
Template Creation: Create templates for marketing and communications materials that can be utilized by stakeholders across Bridgestone West.
Video and Animation Support: Create assets compatible with video creation and animation, supporting the workflows of the content creator.
Team Management: The opportunity to expand the internal creative services design team in the future.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.).
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience creating content for large global brands and executives (preferred).
- Previous experience managing others (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Expert in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Frame.IO.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager Assets, and task management systems, such as Airtable.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening – and ability to communicate project-related deadlines and achievements to peers, stakeholders, and leaders across businesses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Adaptability and Leadership:
- Adaptable and service-oriented; thrives under pressure and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills; able to teach and delegate responsibilities well.
