We are seeking a creative innovator and collaborative digital-first graphic designer with a proven track record developing campaign concepts, logos, social media content, executive presentations, video, eBooks, and other brand-related assets. The Senior Graphic Designer reporting to the Head of Creative, will need to demonstrate competencies in creative strategy, customer centric design, and visual identity asset management, with experience working directly with clients, agency partners, and senior business leaders. In this role, you will be a thought leader and creative problem solver, leveraging AI and Adobe design tools to ensure our visual expression aligns with marketing strategies that helps differentiates ZS from its competitors.
What you'll do:
- Conceptualize, design and deliver digital-first creative solutions for integrated campaigns, event experiences, corporate communications, web, social and business development collateral
- Stay current on design trends, campaign creative best practices and the competitive landscape
- Pitch ideas to internal business stakeholders
- Communicate subject matter expertise on brand standards, creative assets, and visual communication best practices
- Develop ideas from concept and see through to final production
- Partner with writers to ensure design and content work in harmony
- Ensure projects are well-planned and delivered on time and in budget
- Build and leverage storyboards to pitch video and motion graphic concepts
- Partner with and manage agency relationships in the U.S. and India
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communication experts in the U.S. and India
- Champion the ZS master brand and ensure all creative aligns with guidelines
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising or a related field
- 5+ years design experience in creative agency or corporate marketing environments
- Must have a portfolio of world-class branded work with contemporary integrated campaign creative
- Proven experience interpreting, applying and consulting on corporate brand standards
- Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions
- Video storyboarding, editing, and motion graphic design a plus
- Experience in digital and social design best practices required
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced internal agency, with flexibility to shift gears fast across clients and time zones
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint (Premiere and After Effects - nice to have)
- Expert in digital design and print production processes
- Excellent time and project management capabilities
- Ability to flex schedule (early morning calls) to collaborate with global team and agency partners in Asia
