WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ensure billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems
- Review custom contract terms to assess downstream revenue system impacts
- Perform month end reconciliations between all revenue cycle systems
- Work with revenue operations & other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in reporting systems
- Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures
- Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes
WHO YOU ARE
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related industry/US company (SaaS or Technology industry experience)
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements a plus
- Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Salesforce, NetSuite and/or Zuora preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proficient in written and verbal English
