NAMR Marketing Operations Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an integral member of the NAMR Marketing team, the NAMR Marketing Operations Manager will strategically drive the operational aspects of our marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality data management and effective marketing executions.

You Will:

Manage and mentor the Marketing Operations Analyst, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and skill development to achieve team goals

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize CRM utilization, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives

Develop processes and policies to improve marketing operations

Manage the entire client and alumni event invitation process: from creating targeted lists, crafting and sending invitations, overseeing registration sites, to handling all communications with invitees, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo

Leading teams in past-paced environments and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals

Generating insights and trends on marketing activations and measuring performance for leadership reports

Strengthening and streamlining data management in event planning processes, including external invitations and 1:1 client & alumni engagement

Building a strong sense of community and collaboration among geographically dispersed team members, ensuring connectivity and inclusiveness

Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, particularly in a virtual environment

Managing and synthesizing multiple data sources across various tools and spreadsheets

Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail with superior coordination and organizational skills, capable of managing various projects simultaneously

Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to all stakeholders in an accurate and in a service-orientated way (in English)

Working in a structured, autonomous and process orientated way

Bringing a positive energy to every day

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

5 or more years of relevant practical experience in events or data management

1 or more year of team management and leadership role

Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

Experience and knowledge of marketing and data visualization technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Tableau, Alteryx

Proficiency in all software used at BCG; advanced Excel and slide-writing skills essential

Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

A proactive, service-oriented approach with excellent planning and organizational abilities

The capability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Experience in engaging effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders in a collaborative, non-hierarchical manner
