WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Research Associate within BCG's Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will form an integral part of our European DRS team. Through the delivery of secondary research, you will contribute to BCG's client work and knowledge base by supporting client cases, proposals, and internal development initiatives.
You will clearly synthesize, package, articulate and deliver your findings in a timely and accurate manner and conduct research on commercial, multi-industry and economic topics. Excellent organization skills are essential for successfully managing a variety and volume of research requests by accurately summarizing data and facts into appropriate and timely output. Along with supporting research products, you will also contribute to knowledge capture and documentation.

Working accurately in a fast paced, deadline focused environment
• You will have strong attention to detail by clarifying request objectives under direct supervision and discussing the most appropriate and timely research approach. You will do this whilst communicating directly with BCG stakeholders to evaluate and recommend the most efficient and successful research strategy per project

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Undergraduate degree minimum (a preference for a degree in business, economics, international relations, sciences)
• Candidates with an educational/professional background in research & analysis preferred
• 0-2 years relevant working experience
• Excellent English; fluent German

The Data and Research Services (DRS) is BCG's center of expertise for research. We collaborate with our consulting teams to bring advanced research capabilities to support
projects and client, enabling them with solution-oriented research and accelerated insight generation.
DRS works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
