Learning and Development Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Using your organizational and communicative talent as a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll be part of the HR department that supports our non-consulting employees (Business Services Team or BST). You'll be responsible for organizing training and learning offers for this cohort in Central Europe (CE).
In this function, you will be in charge of planning and coordinating relevant training activities. You'll ensure that all training events run smoothly, coordinating them and acting as the main contact person for external service providers and coaches, while also monitoring your training budget. You'll also work closely with service providers and instructors to identify ways to optimize training processes and implement them. Beyond this, you'll interact regularly with line managers and their employees, advising them in regard to all questions about training offers, including specific programs such as mentoring and coaching. Finally, using your strong communication skills, you'll describe and market our training offers in-house, such as on on internal microsite.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have a (vocational-technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business psychology.
You have also been able to gain relevant professional experience in the professional development department of a service-oriented, multinational company.
You enjoy working with numbers, are data- and process-oriented and extremely thorough.
You are proficient in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of a four-member team whose collaboration is characterized by supportiveness, mutual respect, and trust. Through various interfaces, you'll receive interesting insight into the work of all areas of HR (career development, recruiting, etc.). You'll report directly to the CE HR Director, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
