Next Gen ERP is BCG's holistic approach to help our clients create value from the complex and costly core systems program in a rapidly changing world. We re-connect these programs to value: growth, process agility, data availability, and sustainability. We use the Data & Digital Platform (DDP) thinking to design ERP implementations and migrations that:
Secure incremental transition leveraging DDP
Unlock clients' data - which typically sits within the core - for the realization of digital use cases
We de-risk and accelerate ERP programs combining the best of agile methodology and rigorous governance. We help our clients navigate the complexity of the ecosystem by offering independent advice. We enable our clients, helping them build the capability to own their core and create sustainable performance.
