KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The FinEx Senior Manager is responsible for the management of various initiatives including:
Organize and lead roll-out of new and updated Finance policies, focusing on both change management and implementation (where appropriate)
Help identify policy gaps that require attention
Assist policy owner in the drafting of any new policies, gathering and incorporating input from stakeholders.
Ensure new policies and updates adhere to policy governance model.
Develop roll-out plans, including awareness campaigns, working with local teams to test and roll-out in pilot systems prior to global implementation.
Manage, track, and communicate status of roll-out.
Develop tools to enable adherence and monitor compliance.
Policy Governance
Coordinate quarterly meetings of policy governance committee to review and prioritize policy portfolio.
Review changes and provide input to Finance policies as required.
Maintain central repository for Finance Policies.
Oversight of WW Finance Microsite Policy pages and policies to be placed on Global Policy site.
Risk Management
Manage Tableau reporting of Finance Minimum standards.
Project related responsibilities
Commercial Finance
Engage with local and regional finance teams to collate best practices in relation to Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Lead forums and networks to share best practices on client contracting and DSO.
New Office Set-Up
Support the process in vetting business case and work with Global Functions to ensure key questions are addressed.
Assist sponsoring BCG system with set-up activities as required.
Retro and planning FinEx quarterly sessions
In preparation for these sessions, connects with the wider FinEx team to understand requirements and capacity to contribute towards other FinEx led initiatives; past and future
Ad-hoc topics
Organize and lead initiatives, focusing on both change management and implementation (where appropriate).
Define, manage, and control project scope, developing detailed project and resource plans, balancing dependencies, and setting predictable and realistic delivery dates.

Structuring and analyzing information. You take an idea for organizing data and turn it into a useful deliverable. Strong attention to detail.

Be a change ambassador across the finance function, infusing learning, creating forums to share best practices and develop change management skills and capabilities across our teams.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Significant experience managing, supporting, and running finance change programs in a global organization, Advanced Business degree or Project Management qualification beneficial.
You come from a Finance Change or Auditing background and are a chartered accountant (desirable)
Track record of successful change and project management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Managing the technical and cultural aspects of change.
Strong communicator, both written and spoken, as well as ability to create compelling pitches/stories and accompanying slides to influence stakeholders as appropriate.
Experience at BCG or other professional services firm in a business partnership role is beneficial.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and appetite to leverage more progressive digital tools for work process and teaming.
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential. Global/International experience and track record of managing teams and projects across borders.
Experience managing teams and stakeholders, and an orientation towards achieving results.
Virtual work with international team members, some travel to support team or other work efforts.

This role will require interaction with a wide range of stakeholders including our Finance leadership and other functional leadership, etc. You will also work with specialists from Finance and other functions as required.
