WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be providing general and administrative support to BCG senior leadership team (Executives, Partners and Managers), taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule. You will also be accountable for representing BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG's value statement. You will join a big (45+ people) team, dealing with several internal and external stakeholders, and also having the chance to work autonomously and making decisions on behalf of your Managers, prioritizing BCG interests and business.
Please note that for this position we are looking for candidates belonging to Categorie Protette (L. 68/99).
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Managing and maintaining demanding agendas and calendars, organizing and scheduling mainly internal meetings, arranging conference bridges, reserving conference rooms, organizing food service, etc;

Coordinating point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, transfers, etc.)
Preparing weekly timesheet and expense reports;
Copying, proofreading, printing, collating, binding, and distributing case-related materials as required;
Typing and proofreading letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc.;
Cooperating with other peers and team members, providing back-up assistance as needed
Maintaining quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with BCG established guidelines;
Maintaining highest levels of internal and external confidentiality;
Interacting with Security Team in maintaining a centralized electronic filing system for case-related materials.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
At least 4 years of Personal/Executive/Team Assistant experience, or relevant hospitality experience in fast-paced environments;
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Strong attention to details and relevant organizational skills;
Ability to work both across wider teams and in an autonomous way;
* Belonging to "Categorie Protette" according to Italian Law (L. 68/99).

We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
