WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an EMESA Digital Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for experienced hires in Brazil for the BCG Technology & Digital businesses in São Paulo. You will act as a trusted advisor to identify, recruit, and hire top talent for BCG and will own and drive the implementation of this strategy and improvements. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the target groups and how to engage them, working close to the Diversity and Equity Teams. With input from the BCG leadership you will operationalise the sourcing, screening, relationship building, offer preparation and delivery of hiring processes for all candidates in a fast-paced setting. It is critical that you maintain high quality standards and delivers a positive experience for all candidates and key stakeholders at each phase of the recruiting process.

YOU'RE GOOD AT
Lead with strong business acumen and a proactive approach, taking ownership of projects and pushing boundaries for continuous improvement.
Maintain a streamlined system and adeptly managing simultaneous tasks in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, especially under pressure, contributing to flawless execution.
Utilizes interpersonal skills to cultivate lasting partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, from local and international recruiting teams to consulting staff and HR within BCG.
Combine creative sourcing strategies and clear, effective communication to engage top talent in competitive markets and drive key strategies forward.
YOU BRING
6+ years of proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, preferably within consulting or related industries in the technology services space.
Proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably within consulting or related industries.
A deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong advisory skills with the capability to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being an additional advantage.
