WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Cross Border working Senior Co-ordinator role is to assess and guide MDP's, LAB case teams and BST travellers to maintain compliance requirements related to working across international borders (including tax, social security, Posted Worker notifications and immigration).
Leveraging BCG's formal network of subject matter experts and acting as the interface between the case teams, employees, SME's, local payroll, Finance and HR teams as required.
Whilst the CBW Senior Coordinator may not be a deep technical expert in all aspects of cross border compliance, they will use their considerable knowledge and experience in international compliance and the BCG network of experts to facilitate solutions with a consultative approach.

The role also is responsible for managing the global remote working framework within LAB, liaising with employees, line managers, staffing and the tax team to ensure requests are considered and approved but also manage the follow up communications and tracking using BCG tools.
The CBW Senior Coordinator will support the CBW Compliance Manager with more complex cases.
Cross Border Workers
Pinpoint Super User
LAB Mobility & Immigration team super user for the Global tax assessment tool 'Pinpoint' to identify and manage risk associated with cross border working.
Request reports as required and work with the tax team to identify LAB cases for review.
Liaise with employees to ensure their travel details are accurately captures in the Pinpoint tool.
Cross Border Case Management
Working with the global tax team and staffing teams, proactively identify cases that will require assessment and further review.
Complete case team activity analysis, providing a comprehensive risk summary to the case teams with clear tax and immigration guidance.
LAB contact for the coordination of Tax secondments ensuring key stakeholders are informed (payroll, Finance and employees).
Co-ordinate compliance actions as identified by tax team / Pinpoint tool, including:
Escalate to local Immigration where potential work permits are required
Support employees with submissions for WagEU & LIMOSA requirements
Notify the payroll / finance teams where need for social security certificate is confirmed by Tax team
Where EU Posted worker rules apply ensure that the correct reporting process is used by each office.
Manage & track Limosa & WagEU compliance in Belgium and the Netherlands including acting as BCG's point of contact for government agency queries & requests for information. Regularly reviewing and updating process and procedures in line with government requirements.
Mailbox Management
Responsible for managing the LABCBW Mailbox, responding to queries or redirecting to the correct team for further support.
AMS Immigration
Track local oversight immigration activity, work permit initiations with BCG's vendor and support with resolving technical queries and escalating to the LAB CBW Manager where appropriate.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Undergraduate degree required
English language essential, Dutch and or French preferred.
Relevant cross border issue experience, preferably in a professional services firm
A track record for being able to connect as a trusted advisor with colleagues al all levels with good judgment, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
Experience working with excel preferred in addition to working with collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Egnyte, Trello)
