WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role is to support the rapidly growing Expert Career Track (ECT) in the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting role with significant potential for growth and further development to shape the new track in the coming years.
The AP ECT HR Senior Coordinator will work together with AP ECT HR Director to shape the overall people agenda for ECT, implement change initiatives and coordinate ECT related people process. This role is expected to work independently with Expert consultants, Local EDC team (including MDPs) and multiple stakeholders (i.e., PA sponsors, Global ECT team, regional people team and PA) to support the ECT people process.
Your main responsibilities include:
AP EDC process-
Manage Regional EDC committee including advisor onboarding, allocation and communications

Managing Regional EDC meeting setup, discussion preparation and post EDC action items
Managing bi-annual PAD and PD promotion process and approval procedures
Managing ECT year-end bonus process for all cohorts
Working local EDC teams to ensure local EDC processes are smoothly run and key decisions are channeled to regional EDC for endorsement
Be the WD champion /superuser for AP ECT cohorts and identifying enhancement areas
ECT onboarding and integration-
Supporting onboarding process for incoming PAD and PD: you will be on point to coordinate key stakeholders (local HR, L&D, PA) to ensure onboarding and integration process are set up properly and all critical parties are aligned and connect with the Expert when they join, and regularly throughout their first year
Helping Experts (PAD and PD cohorts) navigate their careers: given ECT is a unique and specialized career path, Experts encounter numerous situations where they will raise questions or need best practice examples. Your role is to advise and guide them. This includes topics like identifying where billability is captured/reported, what codes are billable or not, how to approach staffing, how to grow their internal network, and more
Working closely with local team and supporting local team on ECT integration and affiliation initiatives / events
Others-
ECT related analytics and leadership discussion documents
HR System update for new hires or when changes are required
Supporting regional or global ECT initiatives on ad-hoc basis
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The successful candidate must be organized, detail oriented, client focused, efficient, thrive in a dynamic international working environment involving professionals across different levels and geographies and passion to grow with the role. Key attributes include:
Analytical capabilities & mind-set - to review and assess some of the key strategic questions you will need to conduct quantitative analyses and apply logic and common sense to find the best answer to key challenges. You need to be good at numbers, excel and data analysis
Comfortable in working with detail as well as understanding the big picture; exhibits attention to detail, and has a strong drive for excellence
Communications and business partnership mindset - you will be working with a large number of people across the organization, from MDPs, firm's senior leader to local system BST counterparts. You need to be able to successfully build relationships and effectively tailor your communications since we work across all levels of our organization in a virtual team environment
Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task -you will be juggling many different tasks at once which makes good organizational skills a must; you need to be able to continually re-prioritize as new tasks come up
Comfortable with IT business applications and willing to upskill/support others to build their knowledge
Slide writing and story lining - you will need to identify and communicate key insights and actionable takeaways for ad-hoc strategic and analytical projects
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
This is a demanding position, and we are looking for the right individual to fill it. We expect that the individual will be the right fit for the role and have a great can-do attitude.
7 years of experience in data analytics, Finance or people management functions
Bachelor's degree, engineer or BCG/Consulting firm experience are strongly preferred
Good with numbers, Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Individual should be confident working independently in a fast paced professional environment
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the AP people team, working directly with AP ECT HR Director. Your key stakeholders include expert consultants in the region, local EDC, Regional EDC leadership, Global ECT team, PA, AP people team (functional team and system team), etc.
