We're seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Program and Project Management to join our Operations team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Employs project management and change management strategies to drive Citizen Developer program across operations for adoption and continuous deployment of low code/no code solution globally across operations
  • Participate in global CDP Strategy & program approach
  • Centralized global CDP project pipeline management for low code / no code solution
  • Plan and conduct roadshows and awareness sessions
  • Drive best practices and solution re-usability
  • Liaises with relevant Ops stakeholders in India and global networks, professional groups, internal low code/no code product COEs to provide program updates, drive engagement, adoption and deployment
  • Contributes to the function's intellectual capital around business process improvement and consulting approach
  • Individual contributor role
  • Business process digitization & automation - Be a central point of contact for CDP implementation for Business Leaders / Stakeholders to develop CDP scale up program across locations and line of business based on their business strategy
  • With minimal guidance, defines, designs and implements CDP roadmap
  • improvement initiatives by engaging with cross-functional teams
  • Assigned to an enterprise-wide initiative
  • Conducts research to inform and guide solutions. Employs a client-focused approach to drive adoption of process optimization and implementation of low code / no code solutions by our operations colleagues
  • Continuous engagement and delivery plan for nominated and certified citizen developers
  • Define and develop CDP measurement metrics / measure of success
  • Facilitates and coach's matrix team to ensure optimal program adoption.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of total work experience preferred. Experience in securities, financial products and/or the finance industry preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Lean, Scrum master certifications preferred.
