We're seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Technology Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office ("ESO") Relationship Management team. This role is located in Chennai or Pune locations- 3 days in the office minimum.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain relationships with the BNY Mellon's third parties.
- Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other internal stakeholders to streamline our third-party relationships and continue enhancing the BNY Mellon's third-party category strategies.
- Monitor the relationships with the BNY Mellon's third parties and determine ways to optimize the relationships, create a more satisfying experience, and help drive savings.
- Conduct regular reviews with the BNY Mellon's third parties to assess performance and drive reporting to meet on-going monitoring requirements.
- Partner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand their business needs to help drive the Bank's third-party category strategies.
- Engage with internal stakeholders on process and tool improvement initiatives to ensure changes are fit for purpose.
- Lead outreach activities to BNY Mellon's third parties during incident and crisis management events.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and ability to execute high quality work products
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Solid critical thinker with the ability to concisely explain direction / vision
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify, manage and reduce relationship challenges
- Strong understanding of end-to-end third-party lifecycle management
- 10+ years relevant contract execution experience
