The Aladdin Product Marketing team is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption for the Studio offering across the community, including prospects, and existing clients. As a key member of the team, you will connect directly with our users to understand their business problems and help deliver solutions. You will partner with product and client teams to influence the product roadmap and deliver a superior user experience; building a robust community of evangelists along the way.

As a Product Marketing Associate for Aladdin Studio, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of Aladdin Studio's product suite across engineers, data scientists, citizen developers and other technology professionals. You will work with partners across the business to develop and execute go-to-market strategy, define product messaging and positioning, and help shape the product vision.
Primary responsibilities
- Develop messaging and positioning: Connect industry knowledge and market trends with user feedback to develop messaging and positioning that translates Studio's product capabilities into differentiated benefits
- Drive feature adoption: Devise and implement strategies to bring new features to market and grow usage of the Aladdin Studio among target segments
- Grow the Community: Grow the number of "Developers" in the Aladdin Community by assisting in the development of narratives and partnering with content development teams to deliver enablement materials for end users
- Be the voice-of-the-customer: Build relationships with client facing teams and users at clients and become the voice of the customer across the business to influence product decisions and prioritization
- Enable client-facing teams Assist in Aladdin business development activities as a subject matter expert - develop sales materials, conduct sales training, attend prospect meetings and evangelize studio at events
- Optimize the user journey: Continuously measure and optimize the user journey as it relates to product and feature adoption, reporting learnings to the broader product team
Essential skills / experience
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing / product experience with a focus on cloud-based technologies
- Experience partnering with product teams to bring new products or features to market
- Entrepreneurial drive and technical insight to make great products better
- Familiarity with the data management space (fintech space a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to different user segments
- Ability to influence behavior at various levels in the organization including cross-functional leaders
- Self-starter and critical thinker who can proactively identify and communicate opportunities and resolve issues

Our hybrid work model
