• Collaborate with HR partners to address complex employee issues and provide guidance on resolution.

• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations, employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness.

• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds established targets.

• Represent contactHR in large forums and meetings, advocating for team's needs and contributions to the organization's success.

• Engage in stakeholder management, building and maintaining key relationships to ensure alignment and support for contactHR's initiatives.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical skills to monitor key risk indicators and process improvements.

• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on schedule.

Our hybrid work model
