Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to proactively engage customers to service Labor Law Poster subscriptions and process Labor Law Poster orders. This role will work directly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on ensuring that the customer's needs are met in a timely and quality manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with assigned customers. Serves as the primary interface between J. J. Keller and the customer, to include such tasks as:
    • Maintaining an open line of communication via phone, e-mail, fax, and correspondence.
    • Assisting customers with sales-related problems, tracking orders, and investigating shipping issues.
    • Monitoring the Compliance Check-In process for Labor Law Posters and providing support to customers.
    • Working closely with J.J. Keller regulatory experts for questions regarding labor law poster products and providing communication back to client.
    • Assisting customers with returns, ensuring that all subscription shipping locations are accurate.
    • Researching and resolving invoice and payment issues.
  • Processes LLP orders including initial order, additions and deletions from Labor Law Poster subscription.
  • Ensures company and client-specific processes and procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assists with internal documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Updates and analyzes client-specific reports.
  • Regularly collaborates with Sales and Sales Leadership to provide visibility to customer issues and promote future business.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3 years of total office experience with 1+ year of customer services experience.

Education:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

Other Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize a variety of software applications.
  • Professional communication skills in a variety of channels including phone and email.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $21.50 to $21.50 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's overall experience and geographic location.
