SUMMARY
Allvue is looking for a self-motivated Manager with experience handling both internal and external business communication. The ideal candidate will be eager to tackle the challenges of building an internal communications program and developing content that helps engage and inform employees as well as builds brand recognition and reputation. . The manager will build and actively lead, develop, and execute communications programs that shape awareness, attitudes and perceptions about our Company through a variety of communication vehicles. Efforts will support the Allvue overall corporate strategic priorities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
- Own and execute organizational initiatives and projects that will successfully communicate business priorities to employees and stakeholders
- Establish and own a calendar of communications & events for employees
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as employee intranet, monthly newsletter or regular email bulletin.
- Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees and externally in written or spoken form
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications
WHAT WE NEED
- 5+ years of experience in a related area
- Proven success in executing employee programs & events that drive alignment and comprehension of company messaging
- Familiarity in integrating online and offline communications tactics to reach, connect and convert employees
- Knowledge of alternative investments/financial industry experience helpful but not required
- Undergraduate degree required: Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up
- Quick and enthusiastic learner
- Someone who is excited about the potential of building out a new role on an expanding team in a rapidly growing company with tremendous market potential
- A creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; equally comfortable working independently and coordinating with the rest of your Marketing team to ensure synchronized campaigns and messaging
- Comfortable with change as priorities evolve
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across the organization
- An excellent communicator, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams
- An energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative, be resourceful, and hands on with execution
