Job Description

About This Role:

The Tender & Market Access Manager is responsible for the management of the strategic tender analysis, monitoring and developing tools to help the Sales manager to follow the adoption of our portfolio region by region.

What You'll Do:

- Develop projects to increase the knowledge of the BBU on tenders rule.

- Ensure the development of Regional/National Access Projects and P&R dossier for the future products/indications.

- Be involved actively in special projects connected to the “late life-cycle portfolio” of the affiliate

- Secure a fast and accurate analysis of the tender documentation and interact with Logistics & Tender department to prepare requests of clarifications to the Regional Tender Head.

- Ensure the communication of the tender outcomes across the different department.

- He/She is responsible of the creation of the tender deck, to propose a corridor price to the Italian Pricing Council.

- He/She works in collaboration with the Sales Manager to monitor the Regional Adoption of our portfolio.

- He/She is responsible of the developmentof Regional and National project to facilitate the adoption/knowledge of Biosimilars

- In case of new indications, ensure of the development, of the creation of the P&R dossier and he/she is the Price Right of BBU

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree strongly preferred in a science/analytic field or healthcare professional.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience in tender management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian tender legislation
  • Knowledge of the Regional healthcare systems (PTOR, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of the national healthcare system and public administration
  • Strong Influence/Persuasion/Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication/Interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Fluent English
