About This Role
A Business analyst who has sound knowledge of digital marketing analytics, Consent Management, omnichannel marketing business processes. Who is technically sound and passionate about solving complex marketing data / analytics use cases .This position will be working very closely with Biogen North America Marketing ops , omnichannel , Marketing application services , Patient engagement and customer interaction teams. This is an individual to spearhead our digital marketing Campaigns , Consent and Preference management center , SFMC and unravel the insights hidden within data streams .This individual Will work with the team closely to define the consent and preference structure and determine which elements of the omnichannel strategy require consent. This individual will ensure the organization is following the consent management processes meaningfully. They are the individuals who knows the ins and outs of the source systems , source data model , source business process flows and in charge with figuring out how to get a particular job done and they are always at the forefront in new implementation and supporting the existing systems , processes . This role focuses on Marketing systems data / process flows. Part of the core group involved in capturing and maintaining consents, particularly across sales and marketing, should clearly understand what consents and preferences are, why they’re important. Will help manage the consent framework and ensure that teams adhere to it, make changes and updates as needed. This role will report to Soumava Lahiri, Advance Analytics solutions who is part of Commercial IT.

What You’ll Do
- This individual will be a Business Analyst in delivering effective IT solutions to support the consent management and preference center , Marketing data Analytics and Transform data into gold mines of actionable insights. This individual will collaborate closely with other enabling IT functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet the business needs
- Responsible for Tackling ad-hoc analysis, interface with partners and data teams, and translating it into opportunities and requirements for technology solutions. This will require a deep understanding of the business needs and an ability to communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate business needs and shape demand for IT services. This will require an ability to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and to work closely with the function's leadership team to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Engage and develop relationships with the right functional partners and subject matter experts. This will require an ability to build trust and credibility, and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidently work with the teams by cascading relevant information, aligning activities with IT strategy and priorities, fostering teamwork and collaboration, sharing and listening to ideas
- Work closely with third party resources to maintain and deliver robust unified analytics platforms
- Ensure technical, process and project documentation are developed, deployed and maintained for knowledge management
- Managing Risks/Tradeoffs: Articulate key risks, dependencies, and scope tradeoffs within and across functions – and effectively mitigate risks/tradeoffs by identifying and driving changes to approach, timeline or scope
- Communicating: Clearly communicate project status, schedule, risks, issues, and changes/resolutions – keeping all stakeholders involved and informed on a regular basis.

You love learning new Business domains and excited about participating/ solving challenging tech Functional use cases. Well aware of the industry trends , industry solutions done to solve Marketing , consent management use cases to accomplish better business outcomes
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
- 5+ year of experience in leading Pharma / medical Marketing IT solutions
- Experience in online direct marketing or online media performance analysis
- Experience in Consent management and Preference center frameworks
- Experience in leading the delivery of data analytic platform.
- Relevant experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling and the ability to bring standard methodologies with regard to data management and data governance
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing business demands effectively
- Understanding of various database management systems like Snowflake, Redshift ,Oracle as well as proficiency in working with large data sets.
- Demonstrated complex critical thinking and ability to creatively solve problems with measurable business impact
- Experience addressing current and future customer needs through innovative solutions
- Working knowledge of Information security and best practices
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
- Prior IT work experience supporting Marketing IT solutions
