Job Description

• Identify patient needs through strategic mapping out local influential patient advocacy groups (PAGs), establishing and maintaining professional relationship with local PAGs and key stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships strategy with local PAGs with innovative solutions to address patient needs, including patient education, care, unmet medical, access needs and so on, in line with company key priorities.
• Implement the partnership programs with high impact and efficiency through working closely with cross-functional teams including medical, value & access, BU and external stakeholders including third-party organizations (if needed), local PAGs, HCPs and so on.
• Serve as Biogen focal person to manage relations with local PAGs, create and maintain positive Biogen reputation and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patient advocacy or related role (in-house, agency or third-party organizations).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, with good understanding of how the industry works.
• Proven record in establishing strategic partnerships and implementing programs with high impact and efficiency.
• Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skill, and good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Quick learner with strong self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel on a relatively high frequency.
