As an Operator II Utilities, you will operate, inspect and execute assigned tasks on Black utilities, Clean Utilities, HVAC systems, document in CMMS all activities performed following Biogen procedures and template and follow the required training in accordance with assigned training matrix .

Job Description

• Ensure 24/7 shift operations and keep up and running all utilities (Black utilities, Clean Utilities, HVAC) through scada monitoring systems (DeltaV and Siemens Desigo 
• Operate utilities systems according instructions, procedures 
• Execute shift tasks according shift lead instructions and operational plan 
• Execute maintenance / revision work (repairs / Assembly / dismantling of equipment) according instructions 
• Execute Daily site walkdown and record in CMMS 
• Execute Regulatory PM tasks e.g. (boilers 72h checks, safety shower flush) 
• Address defined and straightforward  identified issues according defined procedures  
• Support on waste management 
• Maintain proper work environment (5S) according shift lead instructions 
• Execution Preventive and corrective operations task according instructions and operational plan 
• Document events, creates reports following business requirements 
• Keeps track of the carried-out inspection and maintenance work trough CMMS  
• Adheres to all safety instructions (EHS) 
• Provide work on shifts in accordance with operation plan 
• Document own activities in logbook and related CMMS work order 
• Tank farm receiving goods and execution of unloading operations 
• Adheres to all technical, safety and quality assigned instructions

Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical building training (maintenance specialist, engineering operating mechanics, etc. with certificate of competence recognized by the government or equivalent) 
• Min 1 year of experience in operations of industrial systems, preferable related Pharmaceutical/Chemicals plants/FMCG
