About This Role
As a Manufacturing Associate at our Research Triangle Park (RTP) facility, you will be essential to our Labeling and Packaging operations for bottles, vials, blisters, and syringes, playing a key role in delivering life-changing therapies to patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in both the startup and ongoing operations phases, providing a well-rounded experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your skills in pharmaceutical labeling and packaging, gaining hands-on experience during our dynamic startup phase which include the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, logbooks, etc.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation and eon of equipment validation and calibration activities.
- Operate and maintain packaging and labeling equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and logbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Adhere to gowning and operating procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) + at least 2 years of transferrable experience OR
- BioWork Certificate or Associate’s Degree + at least 2.5 years of transferrable experience OR
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus at least 3 years of directly transferrable experience
- Technical writing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Adaptable to changing needs and demands, comfortable navigating a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work as part of a team.
