About This Role
The Associate Director, Marketing (Customer Experience and Access Navigation Lead) will be visible leader within the US Marketing Team responsible for establishing content and innovative initiatives in support of smooth customer experience for HCPs, patients and other stakeholders participating in the postpartum depression journey. More specifically, this position will focus on designing and implementing well-planned and executable tactics designed to simplify and accelerate the pathway to diagnosis and treatment, driving coordination and collaboration across HCP, consumer and access marketing teams.
This position is also responsible for analysis of insights to understand current customer experience, impact of initiatives and drive key strategic choices adaptations to strategy, plans and/or go to market design.

What You’ll Do
• Ensure specific customer experience and education initiatives are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners and advertising agencies
• Lead initiatives through to execution in close collaboration with other key functional partners
• Partner with internal teams to collect and act upon real-time insights and feedback
• Oversee strategic initiatives aimed to drive enhanced experience and improved care coordination
• Create and deliver educational resources and core claims, ensuring alignment with strategy and complementary to other key audience engagement plans
• Develop materials with consistent pull through of aligned messages – may include resources such as visual aids, leave behinds, digital tactics as well as solutions such as technology or support services.
• Collaborate closely with alliance partners to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful initiatives to deliver on team objectives
• Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (Promotional Review Committee)
• Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets
- Prepare for and lead leadership meetings related to metrics and impact review on a Quarterly basis; Demonstrate influence in long-term roadmap decisions
- Represent and manage all budgeting activities with Finance and Cross-functional partners

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years pharma or biotech commercial experience; minimum 3+ years pharma/biotech marketing
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture
• Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Preferred Skills:
• Experience within Women’s Health, Neurology, Psychiatry, Specialty markets in primary care or generalist markets
• Experience working with an alliance partner
• Prior access or product launch experience
• Field Sales or Customer facing experience a plus
