About This Role
This role will be responsible for supporting the integration and separation workstreams, manage day-to-day separation/integration management office activities, manage tools / data for each workstream and communicate progress/issues and risks to the integration management office lead and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and a deep understanding of business operations.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Planning: In coordination with cross-functional leaders, support integration leads in developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for acquired companies, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including research, development, PO&T, Finance, IT, HR, Legal and others to ensure all aspects of the integration are addressed and aligned with executive guidance. Provide cross-functional teams with project management support to achieve goals of the integration / separation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for integration processes, including streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Support team in building integration playbook for future integrations and continue to serve as a best-practice resource.
- Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact the integration process. Pull through all learnings in to integration playbook.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the progress of integration activities, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement and support timely and consistent reporting out to executive leadership.
- Documentation: Ensure all integration activities are documented accurately, including integration plans, meeting notes, and post-integration reviews.

Required Skills
- 10-12 years’ experience in Life Sciences strategy and/or business roles OR Minimum of 5 years' experience in integration expertise including a diverse set of experiences in acquisition/integration, separation, and divestitures required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Specialized knowledge in integration and/or separation/divesture operations required.
- Understanding of the biopharma value chain, basic organizational awareness (Structure, processes, culture, values, roles), and specific functional disciplines (Finance, legal, IT, HR, research, development, regulatory, commercial, Value & access)
- Experienced project management and/or vendor management skills
- Experience leading focused functional or multifunctional teams and projects with limited risk and complexity to achieve milestone and objectives
- Strong communication skills that allow for translating difficult problems into presentable options and can support presentation to senior leaders
- Proven ability to impact the achievement of objectives for specific workstreams, interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends actionable solutions at the project level.
