Your role will include everything from hands-on leadership to strategic planning, all while maintaining a proactive, customer-first approach. The best part? Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

 
  •   Leadership & Operational Excellence  Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from recruiting and hiring to training and scheduling. Keep everything running seamlessly while upholding our company standards in security, safety, and customer service.       
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
    Always be ahead of the game! Make proactive recommendations for improving policies, processes, and service delivery to enhance operational success and value for our clients.

  • Customer & Staff Engagement
    Be the go-to contact for clients and employees, tackling concerns, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Your approach will focus on communication, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Team Development & Mentorship
    Lead and coach a team of local managers, developing their skills and boosting their morale. Your leadership will directly impact their growth and productivity. You’ll also take charge of recruiting and training as needed.

  • Financial Oversight & Cost Management
    Keep an eye on budgets, labor costs, and revenue, ensuring the financial health of your region. Supervise payroll, staffing estimates, and contract compliance, making sure everything aligns with company objectives.

  • Proactive Communication & Public Relations
    From resolving service issues to creating a positive public image, you’ll maintain a stellar reputation for the company in all your markets. Your communication skills will ensure a harmonious relationship with both clients and the team.

  • On-the-Spot Decision Making
    Be ready to respond to emergencies and security incidents, always ensuring the safety and security of our staff, clients, and fans.

  • Travel & Flexibility
    Your role will require up to 50% travel, so be prepared to explore new places while staying flexible with your schedule. You’ll be managing operations in several exciting cities and events!

 
 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

Experience: 

 
  • At least 3 years of experience in crowd management and business operations, ideally in a sports or entertainment venue. You have a proven track record of managing multiple locations, driving financial performance, and growing a business.

  • Leadership & Adaptability:
    Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and inspire teams. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and thrive on change and innovation.

  • Financial Acumen:
    Strong background in financial management, including budget adherence, cost control, and maximizing profitability.

  • Flexibility & Drive:
    A passion for delivering results and improving both team performance and customer satisfaction. You thrive on providing solutions and staying ahead of the curve.

 
 

Physical and Mental Demands:

 
  • Physical Requirements:
    Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear regularly. You might need to lift up to 45 pounds, work at heights, or in confined spaces.

  • Work Environment:
    This is an office-based role, but you’ll regularly work in an outdoor environment during scheduled events. Travel within your territory is required, which may sometimes involve overnight stays.
