The BuySmart (Coupa) Administrative Analyst will partner with the Source To Pay Function, Sourcing Managers, and S2P Process Owners to enable approved suppliers on the BuySmart/Coupa Supplier Portal. Position will also be responsible for improving the end user experience.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enable approved Suppliers on the Coupa Supplier Network. Includes notification to Suppliers, account set ups and testing connectivity.
- Partner with Req to Pay Customer service to address end user inquires and resolve issues.
- Enable, update and deactivate catalogs.
- Deactivate suppliers on the Coupa Supplier Network.
- Partner with suppliers to maintain hosted catalogs and coordinate with suppliers on punch-out catalog updates.
- Create web forms, tag preferred items, create & manage content groups, manage category manager hierarchy, add new fields & enterprise codes and add, edit, delete company codes.
- Create and maintain system master data.
About you
- B.S or B.A., Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, IT or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Source to Pay related functions
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
- Experience working in complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments (i.e. SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of cloud-based procurement to payment technology (i.e. Coupa or Ariba)
