Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES and AUTHORITY:

To increase sales and profitability for the business unit in the assigned territory

To develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to ensure sales and profit gals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profit targets of products at the areas assigned, and develop market share.
  • Develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with Business Unit Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territories to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.
  • Provide guidance and training for distributors' sales forces and customers.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5 to 8 years sales experience or equivalency
  • medical device sales experience preferred. (URO, NS, ED unit)
  • Individual Car needed
