We are offering more flexibility! This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.
Areas of responsibilities:
Coordination of education events with general supervision
• Grant requests, tracking
• Communication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance - invitations,
travelling arrangements
• Administration of sponsorships
• Event logistics - hotels, service providers, materials, booth planning & prep
• Invoice management
• Budget management
• Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team
Marketing materials management with general supervision
• Ordering, ensuring translation
• Contracts management with general supervision
• Liaison with legal & compliance departments to ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met
• Internal meetings coordination with general supervision
Your Profile
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Proven previous experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and
achieve objectives
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools
• Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental
Health & Safety rules)
• Fluency in German and English written and spoken (French advantage)
