Job Description Summary

This internship is designed for early-career individuals who will provide hands-on experience in sales support, data management, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
  • Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update sales records and internal databases.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support in generating sales reports, tracking sales performance, and analyzing key data.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and sales team events and seminar, responding to emails, sending packages, organizing samples, and helping manage repair products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to accurately manage data, documentation, and reports.
  • Strong multitasking ability and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues and optimizing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Communication skills (Advanced English proficiency, Korean native)
