About the role

Leading day to day operational activities to support and execute the cycle from order intake to delivery, including the process of planning & communication with Supply Chain, from order review, communicating with customers and pricing maintenance responsibilities.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the end to end order process
  • First point of contact for handling all inquiries from customers (mainly distributors) and our sales team.
  • Following up on SLAs in the order management process.
  • Responsible for pricing communication with customers & contract approval process within required systems (SharePoint, SFDC, S/4HANA, etc.)
  • Responsible for vendor management (carriers, insurance companies, brokers, etc.) and day to day communication and activities.
  • Execute claim management process through CMS (Claim Management System) module on SFDC system.
  • Maintain customer accounts and related parameters through designated systems.
  • Provides support for tender information and document request of distributors.
  • Generate reports through systems such as Power BI etc. to achieve operational excellence.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
