About the role
As a Product Manager - Surgery for the Benelux region, you'll lead innovative and effective product & marketing strategies.
The surgery platform includes a broad range of solutions for hernia treatment, infection prevention and Biosurgery.
You will play a meaningful role in shaping our product- and marketing strategy, driving innovation and ensuring successful execution
You'll work with different teams to build go-to-market plans, design omnichannel campaigns, and develop toolkits for sales teams and customers.
Keeping up with industry trends, healthcare policies, and customer needs will be key to shaping our product and marketing strategies
Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of a clear product strategy, including product lifecycle management, portfolio and demand forecasting, go-to-market strategies, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to design and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns. Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Develop comprehensive marketing toolkits to support sales teams and customers, ensuring consistent messaging and effective product promotion.
- Manage all aspects of promotional campaigns and participation in third-party conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain superior product knowledge and provide regular training sessions to sales teams and customers to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and use our products.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, customer service, regulatory, sales, and EMEA marketing teams.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations to ensure a high level of customer centricity in our activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local healthcare policies, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use market research and data to make informed product and marketing decisions.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or an industry-related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of validated marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a comparable field.
- Confirmed ability to get things done in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to speak publicly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
You will be responsible for covering the Benelux region.
Our Sales HQ is in Erembodegem, and our Supply Chain is located in Olen, Belgium.
Your presence will be required at these locations.
