- Involvement in Annual Strategic Planning with significant exposure to marketing, business leaders and cross-functional areas in CASA-J region
- Contribute to the development of business strategies for products, services, and programs including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management
- Develop organic growth strategies for Biosciences platforms
- Gather data and perform analysis to identity and define new opportunities for growth
- Develop new marketing approaches and assist in developing go-to-market strategies
- Partner closely with country and regional marketeers to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with marketing strategy.
- Drive innovation and collaborate across a matrixed organization
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams, collaborate, brainstorm, facilitate and present strategic choices
- Perform financial & competitor analysis
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills
- Leverage strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills
- This role requires students who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Masters degree
