Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Education Events: Assist with grant requests, tracking, and communication with healthcare professionals (HCPs) while ensuring compliance with Medtech regulations. Help with travel arrangements, sponsorship administration, event logistics (hotels, service providers, materials preparation), invoice management, and budget management. Safeguard internal and external compliance in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Marketing Materials Management: Assist with ordering and ensuring the translation of marketing materials.
  • Contracts Management: Liaise with the legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met.
  • Internal Meetings Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and responding to emails.
  • Data tracking and analysis support: collect market data and assist analysis. Track sales progress and update information on regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage data, documentation, and reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to resolving issues and optimizing processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., JDE) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Communication skills (Advanced English proficiency, Korean native)
