As Marketing Coordinator, Home Care, you will report to the Manager, Content Strategy and partner with the Home Care and MLR teams to coordinate marketing claims and materials through review, development and archiving. Key responsibilities for this role include managing the entire Veeva submission process from beginning to end, identifying projects and claims within Veeva that are nearing expiration, working with the appropriate parties to identify which items need to be re-approved and coordinating with content creators (internal and external) regarding necessary changes based on MLR team feedback.

BD Home Care Business:

The Home Care business within BD is unique in that it can manufacture products for consumers in the home and service them through our medical distribution subsidiary, Liberator Medical.This business unit engages with a variety of stakeholders that range from B2B2C and leverages omni-channels to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of our customers.The mission of the Home Care business is to deliver clinically superior solutions for people with chronic bladder conditions in their pursuit of normality and independence.Solutions include both products and services to support customers through their entire journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work within the BD Home Care direct-to-consumer team to manage the entire Veeva submission process from beginning to end
  • Identify projects and claims within Veeva that are nearing expiration, working with the appropriate parties to identify which items need to be re-approved
  • Coordinate with content creators (internal and external) regarding necessary changes based on MLR team feedback
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the MLR team members, including weekly meetings
  • Manage deadlines, ensuring pieces are submitted and approved in time to meet deadlines
  • Track the approval process, flagging jobs that are at-risk
  • Manage Claims Matrix for all DTC products including updates, claim statement variations needed and expiration dates
  • Manage DTC website content in Veeva for updates and expiration dates

About You:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, sales or a commercial role
  • Demonstrated experience in Veeva Promo Mats, including how to create and categorize new jobs, link and anchor sources, and upload new and final versions as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel
  • Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment with the ability to identify claims and information that require validation, i.e., medical legal, and regulatory processes, DTC or B2B2C is preferred.
  • Project management/project tracking experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
