The Segment Marketing Manager (Home-Based Care) is responsible for being the industry expert on the marketing team, effectively communicating product features and benefits to achieve marketing strategic goals in the home health care sector. This role will work closely with our product team to understand the intricacies of our home health software solutions and translate them into meaningful marketing messages tailored for home health agencies, hospices, and private duty home care providers. The manager will collaborate with digital, content, automation, and sales development specialists to drive marketing initiatives in the home-based care segment.

  • Develop deep domain expertise in company products and services related to home-based care


  • Cultivate extensive knowledge of home health technology trends, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and market dynamics specific to home-based care settings


  • Create awareness and demand for all company products and services within the home health, hospice, and private duty home care markets


  • Ensure marketing communications are created and implemented, focusing on product features that address challenges unique to home-based care


  • Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts align with objectives and reflect the latest trends in home health care delivery models


  • Assist with business and market development, including performing market research on emerging home care models


  • Support Sales in establishing promotional strategies tailored to home health agencies of various sizes, from small independent providers to large, multi-state organizations


  • Work alongside the product team to inform sales specialists about features relevant to home-based care


  • Execute the Company's business marketing plan for the home-based care segment, with a focus on achieving key milestones in market share


  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive product offerings in the home health software market, including major players


  • Supply the senior management team with up-to-date competitive intelligence specific to the home health industry, including information on consolidation trends and new market entrants


  • Define product attributes and differentiators that resonate with home health agencies, hospices, and private duty providers


  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned, with a focus on advancing the company's position in the rapidly evolving home-based care market

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field


  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with exposure to home health, hospice, or private duty home care


  • Strong understanding of the home health care industry


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling marketing messages


  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare sector
