Position Summary

• Drive organization's agenda for Distribution Management by closely collaborating with Businesses across South Asia and with Greater Asia Region
• Responsible for managing Distributors' Life Cycle right from Channel Design, Distributor Selection, Distributor On-Boarding, Distributor Performance Management Process, Distributor engagement, Channel Support and Execution, Annual Performance and Contract Review and concluding with Off-Boarding activities
• Partnering with sales teams to develop and propose channel strategy/distribution roadmap for efficient channel partner network - by analysing market potential, distributor performance, evaluation of need to super stockiest, distributor and sub stockiest
• Experience in successfully developing and implementing channel strategy / or increased sales and productivity through tactical interventions
• Deliver on continuous improvement and simplification initiatives that create efficiencies across processes removing non-value add activities from day-to-day operations
• Knowledge of project management with experience in leading or managing critical projects from planning to execution. Ability to think of possible challenges and measure to overcome.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams - sales and functions
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with local regulations, business conduct guidance and finance policies.
• Develop talent with focus on future ready digital-enabled supply chain organisation

• 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain / Commercial Excellence / Sales Operations along with 3-4 years of people management experience is preferred
• Project Management skills
• Working Knowledge of Power Bi
• Ability to work on data from multiple sources - Analysis and Insights for improvement in sales efficiency and efficacy
  • Knowledge of MS Tools like PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI

• Ability to do critical thinking and challenging the status quo
• Able to influence without authority
• Ability to work cross-functionally, across geographies and with multi-cultural teams
• Change management experience through high impact project deployment
• Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
• Ability to set and prioritize short-, mid- and long-term objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and capability in previous roles and experiences.
• Solid understanding of business levers. Capable of leading, training and motivating diverse teams
• Good communication and presentation skills

• Strong skills in data and analytics in MS Excel (Knowledge of macro will be an added advantage) and other tools like Power Bi, SFDC
• Knowledge of sales and distribution process
• Project Management skills and problem-solving mindset - Handled multiple Projects right from planning to execution and delivering on committed outcomes

• Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institute.
• Specialisation in Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
