The Supply Chain Project Coordinator, is responsible for the creation of metrics, KPIs and reporting for the EMEA Supply Chain organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating the organization's specific data needs, performing analytics, assessing and consolidating data points and applying the appropriate analytical methods to generate insights and develop solutions in support of operational excellence and strategic decision making for EMEA Supply Chain.

The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.

About the role

As a Supply Chain project coordinator you will play a key role in the Supply Chain Process Excellence team which supports the E2E Order to Delivery process in EMEA and its stakeholders (Supply Chain Planning, Order Fullfillment Center of Excellence, Logistics Center of Excellence and Customer Service).

Main responsibilities will include:

Support Supply Chain Projects:

  • Assist with managing supply chain projects and business process improvements.
  • Follow project priorities.
  • Provide data and reporting support.

Support Supply Chain Teams and management:

  • Assist in creating metrics for decision-making and improvement.
  • Simplify and automate reports.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Power Automate,...

About you

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree
  • A first experience in a supply chain related and/or operational function
  • You are eager to learn and improve
  • You are analytical with a strong Customer-focused mindset
  • You are able to handle multiple topics simultaneously and keep a helicopter overview.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and keep an overview.
  • You are process oriented & structured
  • You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
