Job Description Summary

We are seeking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a 1.5year contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Total Rewards (C&B) and HR operations. This role requires a growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to listen, engage, and maintain an open mind while providing exceptional people experience to our associates.

Job Description

  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. (Annual compensation cycle, Sales Incentive program, Pay range, etc)
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage Annual HR processes through close communication and partnership with the Associate Service Center (ASC).
  • Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support recruitment tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Support internal engagement events to promote a company value and culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on C&B and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication in both Korean and English and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with associates at all levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the multinational medical device industry or a similar field.
