About the role

As a Field Service Engineer reporting to the Technical Service manager you will be in charge of delivering a high-level technical support on the assigned BD IDS Technical Support related instruments and systems to the customer within the assigned region in order to guarantee customer happiness through an outstanding service and efficient proficiency in reported incidents and requests of the customer

KSA REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Good level of English - A2 or B1
  • High School/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical technology or biotechnology certification
  • High motivation
  • Availability to travel 100% of your time.
  • Two or more years of experience in the Technical Service of Medical Device Companies.
  • Instrumentation Blood Analysis (Liquids) experience would be an asset.
  • Remote support, diagnostics & troubleshooting
  • Field corrective actions & preventive maintenance, Devices Installation
  • Functional administrative reporting
  • Quality compliance
